A familiar Doha favourite has returned with a fresh attitude. Vertigo at Banyan Tree Doha has reopened with a reimagined identity, bringing bold Pan-Asian flavours, crafted beverages, signature shisha and a new lineup of stylish social experiences to Doha Oasis.
The new Vertigo takes shape as a sophisticated restaurant-lounge where dinner seamlessly transitions into an evening of conversation and celebration. Welcoming guests in traditional Qatari and regional attire, the venue offers an inviting setting for everything from a relaxed dinner to drinks and late-night gatherings.
The menu is designed for discovery and sharing, with highlights including the Samurai Sando, Aburi Wagyu Roll and Australian Wagyu MB8-9 Tenderloin. Premium ingredients meet playful presentation, creating a menu that balances familiar favourites with a distinctly contemporary edge.
Sip and stay late
The experience extends beyond the plate with a refreshed beverage menu featuring crafted creations designed to complement the mood of the evening. Vertigo’s shisha offering adds another layer, with Ladies’ Shisha at QR 99, Classic Shisha at QR 125 and Premium Shisha at QR 140, alongside exclusive Vertigo Editions.

A new social scene
Vertigo’s new identity comes with an equally enticing social calendar. Ladies’ Night, held every Friday from 6pm to midnight, sets the tone for the weekend with three beverages and one bite.
Then comes Vertigo Brunch, launching on October 30 and taking place on the last Friday of every month from 1pm to 4pm. Bringing together Pan-Asian cuisine, entertainment and fashion-forward energy, the new brunch promises to add another stylish fixture to Doha’s weekend scene.
Open Tuesday to Sunday from 6pm to 1am, Vertigo is the latest addition to Doha’s evolving dining landscape, where elevated cuisine, social energy and effortless glamour come together under one roof.
