The session began with a 60-minute workout led by a certified performance coach, combining 45 minutes of intensive bodyweight training with a targeted mobility and stretching routine. Following the workout, guests took part in a 40-minute cold plunge challenge on the water, bringing modern athletic recovery practices directly into the community experience.
